These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the product ("7 Figure System") provided by SavageCEO ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product.

Intellectual Property

The Product, including but not limited to its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of SavageCEO or its licensors.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your use of the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product.

You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged again. Access will terminate once the paid term ends.

No refunds are granted.

Refunds/Cancellations

As a provider of software and automation tools, we do not provide refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further charges and access will terminate upon the end of the current term. If you cancel your subscription you will still have access until the end of the term. The subscription is non-transferrable and no unused portion of a term, whether monthly or yearly, can be transferred. If you purchase an annual plan no refund will be granted if you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the term. Access will still be granted until the end of the term.

No refunds are granted.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SavageCEO regarding the use of the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
